Seo Expert Advice - .htaccess, google not indexing homepage

The site was re-designed and old url's redirected through 301 redirects but google is not indexing our homepage for some reason I have rewritten fresh content for the homepage with no success so I need consultation with someone who is an on-page seo expert to check the site and suggest corrections. The project requires someone who has indepth knowledge about .htaccess and can check the existing file on our server to ensure it is done correctly.

The site was ranking on the first page of google australia for a keyword but now it is no where to be found.
