Get rid of UNUSED CSS and JS

Hello,
I am tuning my website [login to view URL] to make it as fast as possible. I have already got a 75-80 for Mobile and 97 for desktop in PageSpeed Insights Scores.
But There are some things left to be done, one of them is to GET RID OF THE UNUSED CSS and JS to speed up my website, the following files that need to be reduced:

That is it. Please, no automatic software is ALLOWED, this has to be done by hand. An experienced developer shouldn´t have problems.

free help you don't need scss my friend, that just compiles to css files, browser doesn't understand scss by default so get rid of it at the first place...and you will reduce one unnecessary request. for the rest I Thêm
