Script to add link to facebook fan page as page administrator

I am looking for a web developer, who can develop a php or asp script, which can add a link with a short description to a facebook fan page (as the page administrator). I hope this can be done with facebook the api.
What I need is a simple script, which is activated by calling a file like this: [url removed, login to view]
When the script is called, the post with corresponding post_id must be added to my fan page as if it was the fan page administrator who just added the link.
If possible, it would be great, if a similar function could be made for Twitter and Google+
