Need illustrator application to open multiple files

I need something that allows me to open multiple illustrator files at once. INTO THE SAME ARTBOARD and I need to be able to select the spacing I want for the images in each file and how many rows or columns I need.

In the file I have attached I have to open each one of those files and the copy and paste them each into one artboard file and then do the alignment and spacing before I print. I want to be able to select multiple files from a folder..click an open button and they all open into one artboard with the proper spacing and rows and column that i select. The one in the file is obviously 3 columns and two rows.
