Write a Fax drive

Looking to build a simple PDF printer driver to support Windows7/8/10 with the following specifications:

- Optional login feature to our API for efax integration (API will be provided)

- Save to PDF (works the same as CutePDF) or Fax (provided user logs in)

- Fax coversheet option

- Driver must be built in Visual Studio with full source provided

- All source code needs to be fully documented and neatly formatted

- Instructions provided for compiling, code signing and packaged as an executable installer

Please see attached documentation for statement of work and api requirements. We may need to make minor revisions to Fax [url removed, login to view] during the development.

We will expect full rights to source code for entire project.
