Write some Software

I have four digital cameras. they record simultaneously at 240 frames per second. As soon as the recording stop, I want my computer to take all four video's, convert them to play back at 30 frames per second (slow-mo), and combine them into ONE video which is split into the four corners of my screen. So I will see all four videos playing back in slo-mo on the same screen, simultaneously, saved as one video.
