Need a 3D animation of a book opening up to first page with custom text and graphics. Will push in on book and transition to video. Will have other items to model on table where book sits to give it a realistic feel. Looking for a photo realistic render at 4K. Uploaded graphics are for illustrative purposes to give feel for what I am looking for - not to be taken literally. Will need a closing scene on last page and then book closes.
