Seeking Animator for a Horror Feature Film

We are the Vang Brothers (Abel & Burlee Vang), a writing/directing team, winners of the the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting (2011).
We are currently set to direct a horror/thriller feature in September. We are currently looking to hire an animator to complete animation for several of our key scenes prior to our shoot date.
What we're looking for: A full body 2D or 3D character (whichever is more cost-effective and quicker to complete) that will be animated to speak and move with gestures between 30 seconds to 2 minutes, or less. In our film, this character will appear on the screen of a smartphone and interact with its live-user. Think of a smartphone app that functions much like Apple's Siri app.
All animations must be completed prior to our September shoot date so that our actors can "act along" with this animated character during filming.
Salary is negotiable.
