video after effects guru

I need someone with After Effects ability to put together a video. What I need is some video graphics work in the style of [login to view URL]

Duration is 20s long and can can follow closely the first 20s of the example video I linked. However, there will be 5 particles instead of 3 and the text are place-holders.

I will need the source file in after effects.
