torrent website clone

ok, i have tried posting this a few times already but the people replying dont seem to have a knowledge of what im asking, im wanting to have a torrent site cloned, not to exact specifications but extremely basic, i would need a private tracker, membership fees, a share ratio mod and some help with how to keep it maintained, ie: the ability to put in my own torrent links, pictures, etc etc... please don't reply to my post unless you have knowledge of torrents and trackers. I already have a host server account with platinum linux and a domain name.
