Hi,
the project is a part time project about answering voice calls (only 1 - 3 daily, avg. 5-8 min, they can come between 9 am - 4.30 pm Amsterdam time; raise of budget in case of raise of calls number) from potential clients and answering e-mails (c.a 7 - 8 daily) in Dutch language;
No weekend calls or e-mails;
for working days - maximum email response time for emails sent by clients / leads in office hours - 1.5 hr, for emails sent out of office hours - 16 hrs (in working days)
