FFMPEG bash script

i need ffmpeg bash script which capable of :

1. burn subtitles into video (orange color)

2. watermark video :

-. 1st watermark show at random time from beginning after video play between 600-900 seconds for 5 minutes and images will be pick randomly on folder A (images must be automatically scale to fit video size and random position upper left, upper right, bottom left, bottom right)

-. 2nd watermark show at random time before video end between 600-900seconds for 10 minutes and images will be pick randomly on folder B (images must be automatically scale to fit video size and random position upper left, upper right, bottom left, bottom right)

3. add video ads in the middle of video also at random time

4. scrolling text at begining of video after video play between 200-300 seconds.
