Enhannce a .mov File

Hi.

I'd like the text 'Shadow gazing' taken out of this movie clip so the entire background is neutral, and the rest of the film is retained as is, complete with the shadows from the moving letters. I don't care how you do it, as long as the result is as described. Please submit a few seconds of the result when you bid so I can determine if what you will do is correct. The attached file is a section of the full file, which is 55 seconds long.
