Video editor needed for online e-learning series

Looking for a video editor who can work remotely to edit a large raw video into smaller sections (of about one minute each; these will be clearly marked in the video content itself), and perform post-production work, including optimizing audio quality, creating captions for the audio spoken in the video, and creating minor graphics that will enhance/emphasize the content of the video - this would be similar to what is common on Dutch or German TV, however in a much more minimal format. These videos are being made for online webcasts, and typically feature one person in front of the camera giving e-learning sessions.
Primary roles would include:
1) Taking raw video containing multiple e-learning sessions and cutting the it into individual parts, to be edited individually
2) Enhancement and optimization of audio quality
3) Creating full captions that will be embedded in the video
4) Creating some additional graphics that emphasize the key points made in each video.
* These should be attractive, but should support the captions in the video - we are hoping for something original, although the caption-heavy examples you might see on Japanese or Korean TV could be considered an example of what we have in mind.
For this project, we anticipate about 25 to 30 individual videos will need to be created from the raw video. For each video, we imagine 30 minutes would be needed.
We would like to speak with candidates as soon as possible. The job itself can be started in the late afternoon of 1/16, and would ideally need to be completely finished the following (1/19), or the very latest (1/20).
