Install Shiled installation file correction required in .ism

hi,
we have made the project and make the setup through install shield. this project is done on another location and we have complete source code and .ism file - now the file and location is changed and we want that someone correct the ism file and make the setup for us and it will compile/build .exe on my pc.
this work is required through teamviewer only.

1 : .Net framework include in the setup (if someone computer does not have the .net then it will install and if already exist then no installation required).
2 : path remove required in .ism and one folder required where they compile and if we want to change any file then we can do it and make the new file in that folder only.

Hi, I have been using install shield in my work. Have used custom action to handle folders. Can definitely do the work
I do it all the time with the projects i work on regularly. Can work for 3 - 4 hours per day. Will be mostly working at night time after my regular work. Hope you select me for the project.
