I am looking for a software that will accomplish the following
ONLY FEATURE NEWS FEEDS.

End User Experience
So here is the concept. Users will download my software. They will load the software and leave it up. The software shall stream (push) INSTANT news to their desktop that I publish. The software shall have banner space up top so that I can push ad's to desktops for advertising.
My End
On my end, I will have agreements with THOUSANDS of OTCBB/Pinksheet companies. As they release news, they will send to me. In turn, I will add the news release to the backend. As a result, the news story will post as provided, including the time to ALL of the software users.
This may slightly change as I go. I am looking for the CHEAPEST bid, with DEMO's of your working software. Again, this software shall resemble the above program. I need this to be REAL TIME. When I post a news release, I need ALL THE SOFTWARE programs to receive at the same time.
My goal is to make news on OTCBB stocks more accessible for the general public. My goal is to make the OTCBB markets more transparent, and the availability of information for the general public. It's past time for these markets to become more accessible. The OTCBB/Pinksheet markets for the most part are suffering from a lack of information.
The winner will be needed to make future additions, adjustments etc to the software.
