Build an IVR with Twilio

I need assistance to create an IVR with Twilio (perhaps using their Studio feature, but that's not a requirement). I have mapped out our current IVR, which is not too complicated, but it is beyond the ability of Studio to handle natively, and thus requires some run functions, among other things.
As a second priority, we would like to add some complex call analytics.
I have all details scoped and mapped, so it should go rather smooth and quick for someone knowledgeable.
