Urgent: need help creating email accounts from domain

Hello,
I need help with an issue that I’m currently encountering.
I have an existing domain that I’ve had for quite some time and have email accounts with this domain that I use every single day.
Recently, I switched hosting providers and this resulted in the email server going down. This should be an easy fix and the email server is up.
I can send and receive emails in the Cpanel of my hosting provider but I can’t figure out how to connect the emails to gmail.
Summary:
- I have an existing domain with emails I use very regularly on the domain
- I switched hosting providers for this domain
- email server is back up, I can send and receive emails inside the cpanel of my hosting account
- I’m having serious issues connecting these emails to gmail
