New design needed. I'm looking for someone who posseses a great sense of design skills and can complete a project in the timeframe agreed upon. You must have the following knowledge:
1) Exceptional graphic design
2) *HTML/Layout/Css
3) Javascript/Ajax (for menu)
4) Cross browser/resolution friendly
*I would prefer that you are comfortable hand coding. Please do NOT use dreamweaver or frontpage or any other type of software for the layout.
You must also have an eye for images/themes because we will need to integrated them throughout the site. All images used for the design MUST be purchased. Please don't tell me that you got them from a friend. I will also require all original artwork (including graphics) that have been used for this project.
I'm not looking for a simple template, otherwise I can just buy that pre-made. Please do not show me a portfolio that does not belong to you, otherwise we will just be waisting time. I do have a few ideas of the "look" I'm wanting and would be happy to provide you with samples once we get started. If you would like to work on this project, please open a pm.

Once you show me a mockup (please protect your mockup using a watermark), I will place the money in escrow. Upon completion, I will release escrow, then you can send me all the files.
