Expert Web And Graphic Designer

Hi Guys

Firstly let me just thank any one who takes interest. I am over loaded with projects and now I am actually declining them which is not a good thing. I need a person who is an expert at designing, website interfaces (both flash and web2.0) also is good at conceptualising headers and flash intros. I have 8 years of experience so you do understand I am NOT looking for starters and newbies. I am looking for people with equal skill or better skill to take some of the work load off.

Who ever I chose I only need that person to give me designs and concepts in PSDs . Thats it the rest Ill do . If you have other skills as well thats great but its not a necessacity. Whats important is your level of skill in design AND time you take to make them.

Its obvious that my projects will be regular if you do a good job, the older person who was helping me takes weeks and disappears for no reason , I dont want anyone like that please.

Hi once again guys, I am getting way to many bids and msgs and I just dont have time to see (thats why I am looking for some1 to help me right? :P ) Can u guys please send me one link of grunge , textured dark design? Ill judge by that.
