Expert Web Designer To Redesign Our Wordpress Site

I am looking for an exceptional web designer and expert WordPress developer to develop our website.
We have a Facebook page with @ 20,000 fans: [url removed, login to view]
We drive users to our WP site: [url removed, login to view] where we convert them into Subscribers and then funnel them to our Landing Page where we convert them into customers.
We want our site to look differently and to function differently. We want it to be optimized for mobile users.
Instead of driving customers to static linear landing pages we want to drive them to "microsites" (Essentially landing pages with tabs)

You will design 3 or 4 unique, high quality custom layouts in PSD
Once each layout is hammered out and approved, you will then take the design and build that into the WordPress plaftorm, setting up all navigation, setting up microsites. installing appropriate plug-ins, etc....
We are using an Ecwid shopping cart. We are interested in a 1 Page Checkout experience for our customers. If you can help us accomplish that ... that is a big plus.
