I want to create a fairly simple website, which acts an affiliate website for CLICK BANK advertisers.
It is crucial that the design looks very professional. The name of the site will be:

The structure of the site should look similar to www.forslag.se. The design of that site is terrible but the structure of categories and functionalities is good in my opinion.
I want all the categories and subcategories listed at:

You also need to make sure I can add/remove or edit main categories and sub-categories from admin.
Need the main categories to be displayed as [url removed, login to view] have done and need the designer to create small icons that match the actual category. In addition to what [url removed, login to view] has on their index page I want to be able to display that a main category contains subcategories (if this is the case).
The index page should have a header containing a nice logo, a search page field and functionality for sharing the site on the major social bookmarking sites (fairly large icons, I will provide these).
When clicking a main category I want the page to have the same basic layout as for example [url removed, login to view]
Should clearly be displayed in the header where you are on the site, and also leave room for a short text description.
In the menu under the header all the sub categories should be listed
Under the menu it should be room for Category name and some text before all the offers gets listed for this category.
I want the same build up with the ads as [url removed, login to view] has but with the ability to put in a bit more text. In admin when adding an offer I will put in:
image 250x120 px, Offer title, offer description, Clickable text that takes me to the offer. Affiliate link for the offer should be placed for the image and the clickable text.
I want people to be able to rate it (displayed on [url removed, login to view] with stars)
Don't need the popularity stack, instead I want people to be able to share that specific offer on social bookmark sites. I will provide the icons.
The site should also be able to display Google ads in the bottom and between category description and offers listed, as on for example [url removed, login to view]
The site needs to be 100% SEO optimized!
My budget is around $250 - $325 so bid accordingly. If you can't complete the project within this budget then don't bid.
