Port Website to Wordpress

Basically i just need a pretty simple website copied into Wordpress format using a theme like Builder or Pinpoint (i will provide). The site as it is now is the attached file.
It's pretty simple work, just a straight copy with one change in the header (changing free quote to contact for quote), and one change to wide image on each page (turn it into a slider). The port doesn't have to be exact but fairly close keeping same colours and images. All the files from the site can be provided. The old site will have to stay active till the WP version is ready.
Don't forget to read a couple of rules below for projects when your work with me.
A FEW RULES FOR MY PROJECTS
- Bids must be personalised or will be ignored if it's just a copy and past message
- Time/Cost is the main factor in me choosing a provider
- PAYMENT: I will escrow the payment for the entire job once you have proof of progress of the job (this is so that i know you are working on the project before i put the money in escrow as i have had issues where i have been held to ransom from people that never even did any work)
- Must be available for chat during the project
- If it takes longer than you said you would take i may cancel the project (with in reason)
- ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE MAKING/ACCEPTING BIDS as i will not 'pay extra' because you didn't think of something (but i will if i change the scope of the project)
I would also like to note that looking to start this little project for about 2-3 weeks, just starting the bidding process now and will then get in touch with the short listed bidders.
