Find people who need a website, long term partner wanted

I am looking for someone who can find people who need a website designed for their small business or hobbies. You can find people by phoning them up and/or visiting small businesses. I am looking for someone long term who can find new customers regularly. I am a web developer/designer and will be working alongside that person - they find the customers and I design the site. We split the profits 50/50. I can finish a site within a day. If you find 1 person a day who wants a website and they pay $500, then you will earn $250 per day. It's very easy to phone up small businesses in the yellow pages if you can see they do not have a website. If you are interested please inquire as I am ready to start designing immediatly.
