Convert Current Website template/CSS to Dreamweaver Template

I have an existing website o built on Godaddy website Tonight platform-I would like the Template/Theme/css styles etc made into a blank Dreamweaver template

I am moving my site off the Godaddy platform and hosting on my own amazon S3 server. I wish to to copy /paste all the html from my current site to the new template as well as change all the image urls etc

I just need the template to begin. I have subscribed to Dreamweaver CC and also purchased the Webassist Dreamweaver extender package that allows me to download the site CSS/themes etc-but I do not know how to make this into a template for dreamweaver

I would like the theme to be editable with CMS plug in and WYSIWYG style editor.
