JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Establish working relationships with company's staff, business partners and
• Organize orders received either through customers to ensure all requirements are met for order entry (set by Management). Enter information into Business Finance System.
• Responsible for Order Entry and Control of information related to job files and internal systems up to invoicing.
Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
-Opening customer accounts by recording account information.
-Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem.
-Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
-Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
-Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
-Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Resolving customer complaints via phone, email.
-Using telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
-Assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
-Taking payments
information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
