I'm working on a company website daily. I need help with custom shortcode on each page.

In some cases, it would also be me sending you the shortcode I've typed and you telling me what I need to change to make it do what I want. I can give you an example. In this block, I would like the 2 bullets to be specific icons (an email envelope, and a location tag) and don't know how. I would also like the entire block of text to be centered in the gray square, but still left-justified.
