Migrate a wordpress website currently hosted on 123reg to FastHosts

The outcome is to have the website operational on my new FastHosts website ASAP.
I would expect the work to include as set out in the below know-how article [login to view URL] However, I am less concerned with the technical steps, than with the outcome to have the site operational.
Please note:
1/ I have pointed the DNS records to the new host, so you will not be able to see what the existing website looks like. I would like you to check the domain records are correctly setup though. I can provide relevant FTP details and access to 123reg admin and Fasthosts
2/ There are two MariaDB databases linked to the hosting with the 123reg host (the old host). I am not sure which is the correct one; probably the second.
I would hope the project is only around to up 1 hour for someone with experience. I may have some other WP related bits thereafter.

there is no way to guarantee the time as long as the domain change propagation isnt done. can take up to 48h
