The cloud-computing solution, which runs on PCs, smartphones and tablets, sends commands remotely to regulate the energy being produced and helps in reducing on-site intervention. Their one-of-a-kind monitoring and information tool not only collects systems data but also processes it to suggest relevant solutions to fix the faults.

In Hakalix admin can define customer success formulas and assign it the accounts. These formulas will be calculated daily and whenever it crosses the threshold value for that formula. It will automatically trigger the predefined actions.

Standard Salesforce can perform these tasks but within same object. Hakalix can allow you to write formula over any object. It also overcomes the mailing governor limits of standard Salesforce as it uses its own mailing method to send mails to the users.
