I am a director of a Ireland-based business with several areas of work. We perform page layout, create art and provide prepress services, such as press-ready PDF output. We are also an iOS application developer with several apps on the iTunes Store. Personally, I am an expert in Adobe CreativeSuite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), and perform Layout, Page Production, Prepress (PDF Output), as well as Project Manager, Scanning. The project included text formatting, page layout, image creation & manipulation and final file output. Project was teaching mathematics to children and comprising both the student books and teacher guides.

QuickStart Math for Options, interior pages

$Project was a series of educational assessment guides for math in grades 3-8. Project required the use of a specialized InDesign plug-in to create stacked fractions through the books.$

Northpoint Horizons, Assessment Guides

Project entailed creating covers for a series of books entitled Critical Reading for Students and matching covers for Teachers. Project was mainly a Photoshop project as the covers included stylized open books and a number of different titles.

Options, Critical Reading Covers

The project was a math series for Options publishing. It comprised Student Books, Teacher Guides and Transparencies. Work included all text formatting, layout of pages, covers and creation of art for the entire series. Also included supplying print-ready PDFs for the print vendor.

QuickStart Math for Options Publishing

This was a bi-monthly project consisting of receiving text and images and creating the magazine. Project included design of all pages, along with all photoshop editing and typography. Provided print-ready PDFs sent directly to the printer.

Watchbird... a magazine

Project involved making editorial and art changes to a series of 6 large Teacher Guides and providing client with print-ready PDFs.
