I am an experienced English Executive Assistant with many years of experience in London head offices. In my last role at Rockwool Ltd, I worked as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, Marketing Director, Commercial Director and HR Director. I was also the Office Manager for the London site. I worked there for four years and really loved it, but decided to take some time out to travel the world and experience different cultures. Now I have returned to London, I would like to continue with the Virtual Assistant career I set up while travelling.
Some of my main duties at Rockwool included international travel booking, events and conference management, extensive calendar management and meeting arrangements, office procurement, expense and invoice processing, agenda creation, minute-taking and many other administration duties.
