I have been working with Bhavana for a long time now, months in fact. It is very sad that I will have to stop working with her as the 1st quarter of the year is quiet. For certain, I will rehire Bhavana when things pick up again. She has been a godsend to my business. She is so meticulous, and with a great sense of responsibility. I have given her tasks that I have never delegated to anyone before and it was the best decision - she handled all tasks perfectly. Nice freelancer, tries really hard, the final output was good even though there had been a few mistakes which Bhavana quickly corrected. I would have appreciated if she was a bit more self sufficient, looked closely at the material I sent her and avoid asking too many questions which is always difficult to find time to answer. [02 November, 2022] I wish she would read my instructions closely, I sent her an excel document, added colors and comments. Nevertheless the freelancer kept on sending me questions after questions, questions which i barely understood. Nevertheless I believe the guidelines where clear and wished that Bhavana would have sent me more output even with questions than repetitive messages. Its been about 8 hours since I sent Bhavana the new task, still no output, Bhavana, when are you planning to send me a first draft so that I can review it??
