Achievement:
Project (Innovex): Serial Communication Application. This project is toward to create windows application to receive data from measurement devices and store into text file. Normally, the measurement devices send data to printer to print out. However, engineer like to store data into text file. Then I create some application with VB.Net to retrieve data via RS232 cable link and keep data as text file. User cans set and save configuration of communication such as Baud Rate, Time out and Comport as configuration file. You could see it at [login to view URL]
Project (Innovex): Create STD, SPC, SOP online audit web application for line process measurements and statistical includes charting and reports data in format of percent of defects and compliances by plant, by audit type in weekly and monthly report. The purposes are to decrease defects with short term and long term action of response person and report to associated person to approve or not. Project (Innovex): ICAR Approval Online System. The intranet web application created for tacking approval action of associated person such as auditor, response person and department manager with Email tacking and showing status on web page. Project (Innovex): Create SBR (Special Build Requests) and MFA (Material First Article) Online System for QA. This project created for work order and material request with documents tracking and action of associated person such as CQE, Material, Buyer, Requestor, Requestor’s manager, Production. Project (Innovex): Create .Net Windows application to retrieve excel data and matching it with another data source of excel sheets and finally export it in to SAP.
Project (Innovex): Internal and Customer Phone List System. To create phone book on-line systems as intranet web application for Innovex officer, customer and contactor. User can sort condition of finding with name, speed number, internal extension number, department, company name, etc. Administrator can make on-line edit with data edit pages of all section. It’s easy to use by officer and faster than address book of MS Outlook to finding result.
Project (ENCO): Remote Monitoring System for the Aromatic (Thai) PLC. This project is toward to monitoring signal form Remote I/O (GE FANUC) and transfer to DCS (YOKOGAWA) system within SCADA (Graphic / Alarm / Trend) of GE.
Project (ENCO): Pilot Plant creation at Faculty of Industrial Technology. This project is toward to design and construct Pilot plant for process control in the subject of Electrical program. The feature includes Hybrid control and Foundation Fieldbus control within SCADA monitoring.
Project (ENCO): Gas and Liquid Loading Arm Development. This project is toward to replace old relay circuit with PLC and class 1 division 2 remote I/O. We receive the signals from PLCs and monitoring on SCADA system via fiber optic. The responsibility of loading arm is transferring petroleum gas and liquid into the boat.
Project: COPC ActiveX Control. I have developed a tool for OPC client development. Its name is COPC ActiveX Control. Developer can use COPC ActiveX Control with Visual Studio 6.0 and any VBA container. It‘s compatible for OPC 2.0, easy to use more than OPC Automation 2.0 library file and free. Project: WebHMI without DCOM configuration. I have concern with SCADA and HMI products and want to develop some technique for display and control automation hardware via Ethernet and Internet without DCOM configuration. Now, I have developed some technique via MSDE and MSSQL to hosting OPC value from OPC Server. And I have created service program to detect the changing OPC value on MSSQL and force to OPC Server on hosting node. With this technique, we can easily monitor and control any hardware from remote node.
