Document Coding
Document Coding is the process of keying documents in order to create a database that will enable the clients or end-users to access documents quickly. This may be done manually or through software-assists.
To ensure output accuracy after coding is completed, Omnicode’s quality control staff validates the data by comparing the entire coded information to the original document. Errors are corrected and databases are updated. We guarantee customers an accuracy rating of 99%.
Our coding and indexing service team develops each client project base on an understanding of coding principles, rules, conventions and terminology using the latest software used by major firms. Coding will be based on uniform standards established within each profession. Standardized coding is quickly becoming a necessity for improving efficiency and productivity.

Data Entry
Omnicode has data keying capacities to an extent of 1 million keystrokes per day which can be increased though vendor partnership. Jobs are processed on databases and word processors.

Data Recovery
To further ensure safety from unavoidable natural or man-made disasters, back up files are kept and properly secured. This allows recovery of vital information critical to the resumption of your company’s operation.
Data Delivery
Coded data can be uploaded into either Omnicode’s or the client’s FTP site in real time upon processing them through the quality assurance tool. We can deliver the information in any format. You may also choose to receive your database through email or CDs or any other mode of your choice.
