Hi there! I'm a college graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management. After college, I worked in the BPO industry as a customer and sales representative for more than 3 years. I'm new to this platform and still learning but I assure you I can grasp things pretty quick! I like to self-study and discover new things to acquire additional knowledge, skills, and experience. I'm a person who is very open to learning and being trained should it be needed for the tasks I will handle. I have experienced using Zendesk, BoldChat, and LivePerson. I'm knowledgeable with MS Office and Google Docs. I also know basic photo and video editing.
