Development Process
The development process follows six distinct steps. The process of design and solutions development works in tandem with a distinct process of communication with our clients. This helps us to create the best possible solutions in the shortest possible time for our clients.
System Analysis & Evaluation: This stage essentially deals with understanding the scope of the application to the fullest. There is a detailed interaction with the client at this stage. We prefer that this be through chat - instant messenger - aol/icq/msn/yahoo etc. This usually answers most primary details, required to begin the project. (This is the stage which is partially competed with the exchange of the mails last week).
Design: Designing the architecture based on the requirements backed by concept inputs. The actual user-interface is developed at this stage. The solution architecture, object oriented design, modules and interfaces and test cases are designed in this stage.
Implementation: At the implementation stage, we define the organization of the software and how it is to be developed. Subsystems are delineated and organized. Each developed component can then be tested and the results obtained from our different technical teams are then integrated into a final system.
Beta testing: Specially designed quality checks on individual components of the system, as well as on the integrated system ensure a high performance of the product. This is completed by on-line beta testing. We host it on our servers with a temporary URL or Domain and ask the client for their feedback.
Rectification: This stage involves minor changes and errors arrived at beta testing.
Delivery: Delivery and installation of the software after receiving client’s approval.

Testing and Debugging
As presented in the preliminary, all components that comprise in this application will go through a cycle of rigorous testing and debugging phases before release for the use of the client. These testing phases will consist of:
Functional testing - which occurs after a major module or interface form has been coded.
Build testing - which occurs after all modules and forms have been coded and accepted as functional, and after they have been built to interact with one another.
System testing - which occurs after the system is complete.
We see testing as an integral part of the development process and a means to assure a quality product. All functions, modules, and components must meet or exceed the functional specifications in order to pass testing. Failure in any testing phase requires the documentation of the defect, debugging and re-testing to ensure that no new product defects were introduced into the system. Once determined error free, the application will then be provided to the client for acceptance testing.
Timeline and Schedules
We will allocate the manpower for the project with in 7 days after once the financial modalities are completed. Thereafter will be able to show you the initial design mock ups in next 7-10 days. The beta of the site is expected to complete in around 45 days after commencement. Please let us know if you need any modification in the Schedule.
