  “They try hard, but lack deep knowledge and understanding of HTML and CSS. That is the reason they get trapped into endless loop of fixing bugs. As they fix one other appears, or they destroy what was previously ok. At the end we had to stop that and do the code ourself. We spent significant time checking for bugs, reporting it to them and then again checking and reporting, …. It is not what we had planned. The project was not done on time.”
