• Ensure compliance to established quality management system in accordance to ISO 9001:2008 standards. • Ensure compliance of product assemblies and systems to the requirements of NEC, IEC/IECEx, IEEE, NEMA, ANSI, Saudi Aramco standard and other international standards. • Implement procedures for the manufacture and assembly of LV-Outdoor Switchracks, LV Panel boards, Motor control panels, HID lighting fixtures, & Control stations mainly used for industrial and hazardous area application. • Conducts routine testing including set-up and preparation of test to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical assemblies as per project specification and inspection test plan for explosion proof panel boards, motor control stations, Low Voltage switch rack, and High Intensity Discharge lighting fixtures. • Conduct commissioning and operation of electrical equipment and systems for LV panel boards and switch racks. • Assist in the preparation of compliance statements as required for each project. • Prepare and review Non-Material Requirements for customer approval. • Review general arrangement drawings for the assembly. • Prepares Quality Control Inspection Test Plan. • Participates in pre-inspection meetings.
