I am a Korean native speaker. I worked at Kolon Company - Korea as a technical support specialist for more than four years. I have extensive experience with customer support all communications were done in Korean. Handling our client’s complaints, questions and inquiries concerning system services were a few of my daily tasks. Communication with the customers was done via phone, chat and email.
