this is a Sharepoint portal application using ASP.Net that allows Aegis Brokers and Broker Reps to Process Loans Online. Once the Borrower Information is entered, the application pulls the borrowers credit and presents the deals available for the borrower according to their credit score, liability and assets information. It interfaces with windows Active directory for security using Forms Authentication. It also interfaces with the most widely used third party enterprise application in the Mortgage industry called Net Oxygen and Mind Box.

This program is a web based application using ASP.Net that lets the vendors of the Modis test lab such as Philips LG, Sony, HP, etc. get real-time activity or status of a project being tested.
It also includes a search engine that lets the users search for previous project test errors and any vital information the user will like to know by entering a keyword.
It generates an on the fly HTML web page to display the results.
This had to be very secure due to the sensitive information that is involved.

This is a web based application using ASP.Net that displays information about a mortgage company, allows users to calculate their mortgage payment and monthly tax estimates, fill out mortgage loan application, pre-qualification information, track leads for loan officers and store every required information into an XML file.

A.R.T.S (Auto Repair Transaction System):
This is a program that is designed for small auto repair shops.
It keeps track of customers, cars, repair status, debtors and payment transactions.
The program serves as parts and equipment inventory database as well.
It stores information using Access.
When a user logs on for the first time on a daily bases it automatically generates a report of the cars available for repairs, the cars that are repaired and needs to be delivered or picked up, owners information, debtors, parts that needs to be restocked and any notes the user made for themselves if available.
At the end of the day the user can run a query on the total income for the day.
The user can also print these reports and run queries for other things such as the total income for the year.

E.T.S (Employee Tracking System):
This is a program designed for small businesses.
It keeps track of employee’s personal information, time and pay information.
It keeps a record of the user’s time when they log in and log out and at the end of the pay period.
It enables a manager or owner of the business to run queries on how many hours the employee worked.
It automatically calculates the employee’s gross and net income after taxes and other deductions that can be printed as a pay stub.
Planning to integrate a feature that allows the user to automatically print a check, emails a manager if any employee is late and lets the manager run queries on how many times an employee has been late in a given period.
