I am an experienced Linux administrator and VoIP integrator with over 5years of professional experience in integrated contact center solutions, IP telephony, sip trunks, and IVR designs. My experience has availed me the opportunity to work as a consultant to companies in various spheres of business (finance, Insurance, HMO, Fintech companies and startup businesses), supporting their on-premise and cloud applications. I am a team player, result driven, and have over the course of my career being able to prove this, both in leadership position and as a teammate.
