I have a Diploma in Computer Graphic Design with I studied at a Polytech in Wellington New Zealand (TAFE in Australian terms,) called Natcoll Design Technology. I know how to use the following applications: Adobe Pagemaker, Adobe QuarkXPress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Freehand. I use an iMac with Adobe Freehand MX, Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe InDesign CS3 to design my own projects. If you require your work to be done in Windows, that can be arranged.
