The Problem
The client had hired one Freelancer who did initial work and selected WordPress as Platform, The work he did was not as per the client's expectation and finally, the client was in search of a more stable team this time.

The Solution
We have analyzed what was needed and what was done and initially, we asked them to either re-code all done or it's better to change from WordPress to Laravel as what the client needed was all custom development at an enterprise level.

The client was not in a position to re-invent the wheel and want to take from what is done and fix all wrongly done things and build upon that only due to strict deadlines which need to follow.

Initially, we had deployed 4 senior WordPress resources and corrected all bugs, and made the site ready for launch in just 10 working days.

The Outcome
As of now we on regular bases keep on optimization codes and getting it much more robust on WordPress itselt.
In the near future client is planning to launch a APP

The Challange
DBH was our client from 2015 and we had the site in PinnacleCart at that time. PinnacleCart has its limitation. DBH was looking for scalable and more robust server architecture which do not need to manage. Even DBH wanted to maximize their site speed as they were getting millions of visitors every month. We have checked several eCommerce Platforms like Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Joomla, and LemonStand (as of now it's closed), and finally decided to go with the Shopify+ store.

The biggest challenge was to move existing data from PinnacleCart (Orders, Customers, and Products) to Shopify.

The Solution
Our Primary Goal is to move all existing customers and orders to Shopify so we have created one PHP script which takes data inputs from PinnacleCart and inserts data into Shopify.

End Result
We are confident about the completion of the task with full success as we had all the skills needed. Finally, we achieved our goals and as of now, the site is on Shopify+ with
