I must only give one star review as I got refunded from 2/3 milestones. This Project (which started actually with him at begin of 2016) delayed almost one year and he never completed it. Work was to install website and do there basic html and PHP coding and implement ready made payment gateway. Project caused loss of 2300€ of server costs during that time. I always heard lots of excuses and I was kind and gave him new opportunity after another. He didn't communicate clearly at all during end times of project and wasn't responsible worker at all. I didn't get even first milestone payment back I paid him. Briefly, project was not completed at all.
