Defined Roles and Responsibilities:
• Designing and developing of Rough casting, Pattern & core box for the components of various components using PRO-Engineering 2001.
• Drafting and Production Drawing released using Auto CAD.
• Preparation of drawings for Production, Machine tools.
• Vendor development for machining various semi finished components.
• Manufacturing drawings for machine components for vendor.
• Assembly table design and assembling the machine tool.
• Prepared assembly charts as this was the first machine developed.

Achievements
JENESIS SYSTEMS AND CONTROLS:
• Converted all hand made drawing to CAD and made parametric models out of that.
• Introduced different kind of templates and gauges that boosted the production of standard pneumatic tools and fittings.
• Develop jigs and fixtures for machining purposes so that work load for inspection and also boosted production.
• Developed pneumatic circuits and layout for a manual chest-printing machine to converting semi-automatic printing machine.
• Developed 3D models for manufacturing mould bases and in pressure die casting machine (components like end covers of pneumatic cylinder).
SUN INDUSTRIES:
• Ornamental chain making machine was designed and developed.
• Developed all components of this machine using the concepts provided by gold smiths, i.e. the way they manufacture basic chain links for ornamental purpose.
• Developed all patterns and machine drawings. Developed manufacturing drawings for Cams.
• A big challenge was the assembly process as it involved 6 sub assemblies and has to be aligned in all 3 dimensions. So assembly fixtures were developed and used for final assy.
• Machine containing approximately 180 components was fully designed by me in a span of 3 months.
• All 3d models and 2d drafting was done using AutoCAD as it was developed in simple shapes for easy manufacturing. This was done to reduce cost in marketing point of view.
• All 3d models were used to create an assembly for simulation.That was taken a clip for animation multimedia work for marketing purpose stating the advantages of the machine.
