Handling Buyer & Buying Houses for the new developments
Authorizing all Garment / Fabric testing.

Keeping the Buyer update on each & every status—from sampling till delivery.
Vendor Sourcing / Vendor Devlopment & PPC.
Carrying Out Pre-Production meetings with the Managers regarding the Package date & Style.
Ensure Shipment dates are met & keep the Merch. Head / Director informed about the current status.
Customer Satisfaction and Feedback.
Maintain all Business figures and report.
Meeting delivery schedules.
Maintaining a proper liason with the buying house.
Organising inspection schedules and actively participating in the inspection.
