As an Information Systems graduate professional experience, I believe that I have gathered the right skills needed in a professional working environment as well as to maintain good relationships with people. As part of my current role as a Cards IT Specialist at ICPS Ltd, I analyze client’s business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis. Using my knowledge of SQL, I further support our clients’ systems by conducting 5+ levels of testing including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration and performance. Also, during my tenure with both Ceridian Mauritius and ICPS Ltd, I have acquired valuable knowledge of customer service, EDI standards and risk analysis. Among my peers, I am regarded as an analytical whiz with expert problem-solving skills. Furthermore, I have a proven track record of translating stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverables that exceed expectations. At Ceridian Mauritius, I have also been awarded the star of the month for Quarter 3, which is one of the most peak period, where one should be able to deliver high quality results along with being able to work under pressure.
