Create a spreadsheet to show Overtime Rota for staff members
20 staff members all who are utilised on a rotation basis for overtime when required. The company needs an Excel template to show the staff members/ When they last did OT/ how many O/T they have carried out in total/ And a sum somewhere in the Spreadsheet to signify ideally who the next person should be based upon the amount of overtime covers they have done . It would be preferable the last part of suggesting the next person was shown as a 'top three' as sometimes some of the staff members are not available for cover and we will need to use the next on the list.
