Following my Bachelors in Pharmacy (2008), I concluded my M Tech (Biotechnology; 2010) and Masters in Business Administration (2015) from reputed universities. In 2010, I joined Pharma Consulting and my growth path progressed from being a trainee to the Associate Manager, leading a team of six analyst. I developed the core technical skills for competitive and business intelligence with hand-on experience with data analysis. I hold certifications for Project Management and Lean Six Sigma (Green belt) from reputed organizations. With better opportunities and learning path visibilities, I joined One of the top pharma in as a CI manager. I was responsible for end-to-end delivery of milestone based CI reports for Early R&D and commercial teams and maintaining the internal KMS tool, including the project management and customer engagement. I was able to expertise in CI techniques and support oncology therapy areas across its spectrum – early R&D to commercial. I have worked, exhibited and improved on my project management, customer engagement and leadership skills. Being inherently curious by nature, I have explored and evaluated various tools/platforms that may add value to the regular deliverables and ultimately to the my career objectives.
