Working as US IT-recruiter/Technical recruiter and having extensive working knowledge in US Tax terms (W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp)
Experience in Visas – OPT, H1B, EAD, GC & USC
Experienced in negotiating salaries as well as Short-listing Resumes, Interview Scheduling.
Interviewing the short-listed candidates to assess the candidate's suitability, Attitude, communication skills etc. and also follow up actions thereafter till the position gets closed.
Screen the consultants very carefully before submitting it to the Client/Vendor.
Effectively placed candidates through Internet research, Internal Database, cold calling, referrals, and other strategies
Ability to work in a high pressure, results-oriented environment
